INLINE PRODUCTION INSPECTION
- Inline Product Inspection (IPI) should be conducted when the product is between 10 to 60% manufactured and packing for shipment has begun. It forms part of your overall quality assurance program and provides the opportunity for implementation of the necessary corrective actions at an early stage.
- We conduct physical inspection of garments manufactured on a randomly selected sample using the statistical sampling methods and procedures per ISO standards and report issues as well as options to resolve the challenges
Final Inspection
Inspection before handing over goods provides reassurance that your finished products are handled correctly before getting loaded into containers. This will ensure safe transportation and delivery to the final destination in a satisfactory condition
Pre Shipment Inspection

WORKMANSHIP ASSESSMENT
To evaluate stitching, construction, attachments and fasteners, embellishments, shading within a garment, pattern continuity/matching, tapes and linings
GARMENT LABELLING
To ensure label contains all required information, including registered identification number (RN), country of origin, fabric content/care and attachment of label in the proper location
PRIOR TO SHIPPING ASSESSMENT
PointApt Quality inspectors review the packaging list to ensure it includes overall carton count and carton numbers, carton dimension and weight, shipping label, style or shade identification and corresponding counts in the carton and packing slip.
POST CARTON PACKING
Team PointApt confirms the actual garment count, the carton is packed as specified, appropriate carton dimensions are displayed, poly bags are checked, hangtags are included to confirm SKU/price, barcodes are included.
